QUALIFICATIONS:

​

• Home must be located within Mobile County, but CAN NOT be located within the city limits of Mobile or the Town of Dauphin Island. Properties located within a FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area are NOT eligible to receive assistance through this program.

• Applicant must be listed on the Deed and must live in the home.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen(s) or Qualified Aliens

• Your family’s GROSS income must fall in the HUD guidelines based on the number in your family.  All income for household members over the age of 18 will be considered.
